Begin with the question

Before creating another page, identify the questions a prospective customer needs answered. What do you do? Who is it for? What does an engagement involve? An elegant interface cannot substitute for those answers. We prefer a small collection of clear, specific pages over a large catalogue of overlapping claims.

Make the evidence accessible

Describe real work in plain language. Explain what was built, which problem it addresses and what remains to be measured. Keep company information consistent and make important content available as readable text. These are foundations we can inspect and improve without promising control over a third-party answer engine.

Measure what happens next

Visibility is only useful in context. Agree which queries matter, establish a baseline and follow the resulting visits and enquiries where measurement is available. Citation checks can help surface questions; they are not a guarantee of future placement. Our approach is to improve the underlying information, observe the response and adjust deliberately.
